Carrot Juice Recipe - A healthy and delicious juice which is packed with vitamins and minerals.
Servings 2 Glasses
- 6 Carrots Medium Size
- 1/2 Inch Ginger
- 1/2 Lemon
- Sugar or Honey as required
Wash the carrots and peel the outer skin with a peeler. Cut into small chunks and add it to a blender.
Add a small piece of ginger, required sugar and water into the blender.Blend it into a smooth juice.
Filter the juice by passing it through a strainer and discard the pulp.
Pour the juice into the glasses and squeeze little lemon juice into it and stir well. If you do not want to use sugar, you can add honey at this stage.
Serve healthy and delicious Carrot Juice.
