Spread cooked rice in a plate
Blanch Palak Leaves and cool
Once cooled, Blend it into fine puree
In a pan, add cumin seed.
Now add slit Green chilies.
Add onions and cook till translucent.
Now add ginger-garlic paste and cook till raw smell leaves.
Add turmeric powder, roasted jeera powder and garam masala. Cook for 2 mins in medium flame.
Now add peas and ½ cup water. Cook till peas become soft.
Add palak puree and salt. Cook for 5 mins in medium flame.
Now add cooked rice and mix well.
Serve with Raita!
