- 1 Egg
- Salt A Pinch
- Pepper A Pinch
- 1/4 Cup Dosa Batter
In a clean bowl, crack open 1 egg.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper and beat well.
Mix a ladle full of dos batter and mix well.
Heat a Paniyaram pan and pour this over each slots.
Cook in medium flame.
Flip after 1 min. Cook the other side for 1 more min.
Transfer to a plate.
