Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • Salt A Pinch
  • Pepper A Pinch
  • 1/4 Cup Dosa Batter

Instructions

  • In a clean bowl, crack open 1 egg.
  • Add a pinch of salt and pepper and beat well.
  • Mix a ladle full of dos batter and mix well.
  • Heat a Paniyaram pan and pour this over each slots.
  • Cook in medium flame.
  • Flip after 1 min. Cook the other side for 1 more min.
  • Transfer to a plate.
