Keep your ingredients Ready!
Chop tomatoes and onions.
In a pan, add 1 tbsp of butter.
Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and bay leaf. Onion, tomato and cashews.
Now add red chillies, ginger and Garlic. Fry for few seconds.
Add chopped onions and cook till translucent.
Now add chopped Tomatoes.
Cook till tomatoes turn mushy. Switch it off. You can remove bay leaf and grind into Fine paste.
Add Remaining Butter to the pan.
Now add the Ground masala to the pan.
Add Red Chili powder, Garam Masala, salt and ¾ cup of water.
Let it simmer for 5 mins.
Add ½ tsp of sugar.
Now add Cubed Paneer and cook for 2 - 3mins.
Add Fresh Cream and Kasuri Methi. Mix Gently and Switch off the flame.
Transfer to Serving dish.
