In a Wide bowl, add All Purpose flour / Maida and salt. Add water little by little and form a dough. Knead well and apply oil over the surface and cover with a wet cloth. Keep this aside.
In a pan, add oil.
Once hot, add chopped garlic and green chillies
Add chopped onion and cook till translucent.
Now add finely chopped paneer. You can also crumble and add). Add salt and pepper powder..
Cook in high flame for 2 mins
Now the dough and stuffing is ready. Now its time to shape and steam Momos
Divide the dough into equal and small portion.
Take one ball and roll into small circles. Keep the edges thinner.
Now place a tbsp of stuffing in the center of the circle. Make it like half moon shape and pleating the edges.
In a steamer or Idli cooker, add water and bring it to boil. Now place the separator and place all the Paneer Momos over it for steaming.
Steam cook for 6- 7 minutes. Once cooked, it becomes shiny and transparent. Do not over-cook. The Momos will turn rubbery.
Serve hot with Momos chutney.
