Clean and wash the chicken pieces well. Cut them into bite sized pieces.
In a bowl, add red chilli powder, coriander Powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and salt.
Add all purpose flour and rice flour. Now add little water and make a thick paste.
Add chicken to the thick paste and mix well so the chicken pieces are nicely coated.
Heat oil in a kadai. Drop chicken pieces one by one. Do not over crowd. Fry in medium flame.
Cook till Crispy. I would like to add a tip for beginners here. Once the bubbling oil calms down, that means the chicken has cooked and can be removed from oil.
Sprinkle Chaat Masala or Squeeze lemon juice and Serve.
