Chicken fry is made with bite sized Boneless chicken pieces(or chicken pieces with bone too) marinated with Indian spices like Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala, cumin powder, pepper powder and deep fried till crispy. The recipe is so simple and can be put together under 15 minutes. If you have time, then you can marinate the chicken pieces overnight or at least 2 hours. To give the chicken pieces a crispy outer, I have added All purpose flour and Rice Flour. The fried chicken pieces tastes so delicious. It is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Whenever I make this easy Chicken fry, it vanishes in minutes. This is my family favourite Crispy fried Chicken recipe. We love a slight tanginess in the fried chicken, so I squeeze half a lemon over the chicken bites. You can also sprinkle Chaat Masala over it instead of lemon juice. It tastes amazing.
