Cut paneer into small cubes. wash and Cut Onion, Bell pepper and Tomatoes into 1 inch cubes. Finely chop green chillies.
In a pan, add butter or Oil for shallow frying paneer. Fry paneer till golden brown on all sides. Remove paneer on a kitchen towel.
With the remaining oil in the pan, slightly cook Onion and bell pepper. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saute for a while.
Now add Tomato puree, Chilli powder, cashew paste, soy sauce, tomato ketchup and salt. My gravy was thick, so I added little water. Cook for few minutes.
Add the fried Paneer to the gravy and let it come to boil.
Now mix honey with warm water and add it to the gravy.
Roast the sesame seeds in a pan. Add this to the gravy.
Garnish with Spring Onions or coriander leaves.
Serve hot with Chapathi or Roti!
