In a pressure cooker, add oil.
Once hot, add mustard seeds and let them crackle.
Now add Urad dal. Let it turn golden.
Add curry leaves and shallots.
Cook till translucent.
Add keema, red chili powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
Add ½ cup water and cook it for 3 whistles.
Let the pressure release naturally
In a blender, add roasted gram dal, cinnamon and cloves. Grind it to a fine powder.
Now add this powder to the keema and cook for 3 – 5 mins.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves.
Switch off the heat at desired consistency.
