- 2 cups Dosa Batter
- 1 Onion Finely Chopped
- 1 tsp Idli milaga podi per Dosa
- Oil / ghee as required
Take an onion and chop it finely.
Heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladle of dosa batter over it and spread it thick.
Sprinkle chopped onions over it. Now sprinkle idli milaga podi over the uthappam evenly.
Drizzle oil over the dosa. Press the chopped onion with a spatula so that it sticks to the batter.
cook in medium flame for a min or two.
Flip over and cook in low flame so that the onions turn golden brown.
Transfer to a serving plate.
Serve hot.
