2cupCooked Rice
2Carrot finely chopped
10Beans finely chopped
5Garlic pods finely chopped
3 tspPepper
Salt as required
1tspSoy sauce
2tspOil – 2 tsp

Preparation:
Cut the vegetables very finely.
Spread the cooked rice over a plate and let it cool.
How to make Veg Fried Rice
Heat oil in pan
Add chopped garlic, carrot and beans. The flame should be high. Cook for 3-5 mins. The vegetables should be chopped finely, only then it will get cooked.
The vegetables should retain little crunchiness.
Add pepper powder, salt and soy sauce.
Add the cooked rice and give a mix. Do not over mix, the rice grains will break.
Check for salt.
Notes
Apart from carrot and beans, you can add capsicum and cabbage too. You can add spring onions too, which gives an awesome flavor to the fried rice.
White pepper powder is usually preferred for fried rice. If you have, add white pepper or you can add black pepper.
