How to make Veg Fried Rice at home
- Heat oil in pan. Add chopped garlic, carrot and beans. The flame should be high. Cook for 3-5 mins. The vegetables should be chopped finely, only then it will get cooked.
- The vegetables should retain little crunchiness.
- Add pepper powder, salt and soy sauce.
- Add the cooked rice and give a mix. Do not over mix, the rice grains will break.
- Check for salt.

Veg Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 2 cup Cooked Rice
- 2 Carrot finely chopped
- 10 Beans finely chopped
- 5 Garlic pods finely chopped
- 3 tsp Pepper
- Salt as required
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Oil – 2 tsp
Instructions
Preparation:
- Cut the vegetables very finely.
- Spread the cooked rice over a plate and let it cool.
