Carrot is one of the vegetables which is used very often in our day to day diet. When you have lots of carrots in your pantry and wondering what to do with those, then you should definitely try this Carrot Juice. If you have sweet tooth, you can try Carrot Halwa, an Indian Dessert. I used Fresh carrots, a piece of ginger, little sugar and blended in a mixer and strained the juice. Then I squeezed half a lemon juice and mixed well. You either serve it immediately or serve chilled. I’m sure everybody would be aware of the health benefits of carrots. How to make Carrot Juice

  1. Wash the carrots and peel the outer skin with a peeler. Cut into small chunks and add it to a blender.
  2. Add a small piece of ginger, required sugar and water into the blender.carrot chunks in a blender
  3. Blend it into a smooth juice.
  4. Filter the juice by passing it through a strainer and discard the pulp.
  5. Pour the juice into the glasses and squeeze little lemon juice into it and stir well. If you do not want to use sugar, you can add honey at this stage.
  6. Serve healthy and delicious Carrot Juice.
