How to make Veg Clear Soup for Babies
- Wash and Cut the vegetables.
- In a clean pan, Add 2 cups of Water and chopped vegetables.
- Let it boil for 7 – 8 Mins.
- Drain the liquid and allow it to cool.
- Try this Soup for a week, and later you can puree the vegetables and serve.

Ingredients
- 1 Carrot Chopped
- 2 Beans Chopped
- 2 cups Water
Instructions
- Wash the vegetables well.
- Discard the edges of carrot and scrap the skin. Cut into small pieces
- Similarly discard the edges of beans and cut into small pieces.
- In a clean pan, add 2 cups of water and add chopped vegetables
- Bring it to boil. Let it simmer for 7 - 8 mins.
- Drain the liquid.
- Cool the soup and serve.
Notes
- You can add a small pinch of salt if you wish.
- You can add peas, potato also.
- Once your baby is comfortable with this soup, you can puree them and feed the baby.
