Checkout Paneer Biryani Recipe with step-wise pics – A delicious rice recipe which is full of wonderful flavours and can be made easily in a pressure cooker.

Biryani is a classic dish which is loved by most people. I love making biryani and also to eat. I always try to make different styles of biryani and enjoy the aromatic and flavourful result of those. My personal favourites are Chettinad Mutton Biryani, Baby Corn biryani and Mushroom Biryani. I never ever had an idea of making paneer biryani until I tasted in a restaurant recently. It was truly delicious with fluffy rice and fried pieces of paneer. Paneer Biryani would be a wonderful treat for vegetarian lovers.

I made Paneer Biryani in pressure cooker. This saves a lot of time and can be packed for lunchbox. I used Paneer in two different ways. First, I marinated the paneer cubes and fried those. Second,  I added the paneer cubes while adding uncooked rice and water. Enjoy the two different textures of paneer in this super delicious Paneer Biryani! Do come back and let me know how you liked it.
