So this Instant Rava Dosa recipe is Rava Dosa without Maida. This Rava dosa batter will give you thin and crispy Dosas. Make sure the Rava Dosa batter is very thin and you allow some resting time for at least 10 mins to the batter.

This Instant Rava Dosa Recipe requires no pre-planning. When you have sudden guests at home, this dosa will be a saviour.  This requires no soaking or fermenting like other dosas. Loved the recipe. I added onions, green chillies and coriander to the batter and the rava dosa came out very well. Thanks a lot for the maida free recipe!

    1. If the batter is too watery or the tawa is not hot enough, this may happen. If the batter is watery, try adding more rice flour.
