There are many variation of making Ennai Kathirikai Kulambu. The Recipe which I share here is our family favourite. We have to grind a special masala for this Ennai Kathirikai Kulambu. The masala comprises of many ingredients which are easily available at home. You can slit the Brinjals and stuff this masala inside too. But I just add this masala to the gravy alone. Main thing in this Kulambu is you have to fry the brinjals in oil and then add to the curry. you can add Tamarind juice as per your taste preferences.

Make sure you select small brinjals for this curry. Small brinjals taste best. Try this Ennai Kathirikai Kulambu Recipe at home and let me know your comments. Checkout other Curries from my blog Vendaikai KulambuKaruveppilai Kulambu, Meal Maker Kulambu, and Vatha Kulambu
