Cauliflower is one veggie, which is loved by many. It can be substituted for meat in many non-vegetarian recipes. I too love this veggie so much and in any form. Be it gobi 65, Gobi curry or Gobi masala dosa, i love to much this veggie. During my childhood, Gobi Manchurian is one dish which order often whenever we visit restaurants. I love the sweetness from Ketchup and the heat from the chillies and the chilli sauce. The flavours are well balanced with other ingredients like soy sauce, vinegar and garlic.
