Mushroom Potato Pepper Fry – A simple and quick starter with Mushroom and Potato. This Peppery Mushroom starter will give you burst of flavours after every bite.
This pepper fry can be put up in few mins if you have few ingredients in hand. This is such a simple recipe which needs fewer ingredients and can be put together in 10 mins. Mushroom and potato goes well with pepper individually, so I thought of combining both with pepper. It truly tasted excellent. If you like the flavor of pepper, then you would like this for sure. For making this dish, cut mushroom into medium sized pieces and Potatoes into thin slices. If you cut mushrooms small, it will shrink further and will not be visible in the dish. Ground pepper freshly and add to the dish. It enhances the flavour to a great level. Give it a try and let me know your comments.

How to make Mushroom Potato Pepper Fry
- Heat a pan with oil.
- Add crushed garlic and Onion. Let it cool till onion turn translucent.
- Add thinly sliced Potato and cook for 5 mins in medium flame.
- Add Mushrooms. Mushrooms will ooze out water. Close the lid and cook for 3 mins, stirring now and then.
- Add soy sauce and salt. Give a good stir.
- Finally add freshly ground pepper powder and Mix well.
- Serve with Fried rice or any rice dish of your choice.

- 150 grams Mushroom
- 2 Potato medium, thinly sliced
- 1 Onion sliced
- 5 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 tbsp Pepper powder
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- Salt as required
- 1 tbsp Oil

Notes:
- Potatoes should be thinly sliced, so that it will take less time for cooking.
- You can even add Green chillies to make it spicier.
