Checkout Soya Kabab recipe – Delicious seekh kabab for vegetarians made using soya chunks, onions, coriander leaves and other spices.

Seekh kabab is usually made with meat and grilled on skewers. In this Soya Kabab recipe, I have substituted Meat with soya chunks. A Great starter for vegetarians and non-vegetarian. It tastes similar to mutton kabab. If you want to make Mutton Seekh kabab, use the same recipe, replace soya with minced mutton. I loved making this soya kabab and also enjoyed eating too. Every bite gives you juicy and wonderful flavor and taste. Grinding coriander leaves, onion along with Soya gives a wonderful taste to the kabab. Checkout soya kabab with step by step pictures below.
